My first Cupcake Conquest is White Cake. I know, most people think, blah, so boring. I tend to agree. White cake can be flavorless and bland. However, white cake can also be light, fluffy, simple. I feel like I cant even begin to perfect any of my cupcake recipes until I have a perfect white cupcake. White cake is the base for so many interesting flavors, so it is also the base for my journey. My goal is to make a fluffy, airy, delicious white cupcake.
When will I begin my journey?
I would love to begin now!!! Unfortunately I have a broken mixer bowl :(.
A new bowl has been ordered and I will begin as soon as it arrives! I will post pictures and reviews regardless of the result. Hopefully I dont fail too much!
